Bank of America Merrill Advisor Development Program invites motivated individuals to begin a career as a Financial Advisor. You’ll work with high-net-worth clients, identify needs, build relationships, review financial goals, and deliver comprehensive recommendations aligned with clients’ objectives.

Qualifications

• Currently holds Series 7 & 66 licenses (63 & 65 in lieu of 66)
• Minimum of one year experience in financial services or sales with goals met
• Minimum of one year experience in investments industry with product knowledge
• Proven ability to engage with and influence others
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to build trust
• Ability to source clients through prospecting and networking
• Comfort with compensation tied to performance

Responsabilités

• Handles inbound inquiries from leads regarding Merrill offerings
• Positions the capabilities of Merrill and Bank of America
• Collects client profile data following KYC procedures to open accounts
• Serves as interim Financial Advisor, recommending suitable investment products
• Documents all client interactions in Salesforce accurately
