Qualifications

• Currently holds Series 7 & 66 licenses or equivalents.
• Minimum 1 year in financial services or sales with targets met.
• Experience in investments and knowledge of investment products/services.
• Proven ability to engage with and influence others.
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; builds trust quickly.
• Ability to assess client needs and recommend solutions.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration with partners.
• Active listening and clarity in understanding client goals.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with client prospecting.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries from Merrill-related leads.
• Position Merrill/Bank of America capabilities to clients.
• Collect client profile data following KYC to open accounts.
• Serve as interim Financial Advisor; recommend suitable investments.
• Document client interactions in Salesforce accurately.
