Responsibilities

• Learns to provide tailored, personalized advice through reviews/presentations and collaborate with management to assess goals.
• Understands client solutions best suited for core Banking and Investment/Life Priority offerings.
• Shadows Financial Advisor teams to promote portfolio growth.
• Leverages resources to optimize the customer experience with operational excellence.
• Participates in ongoing training to develop a book of business and meet financial targets.
• Builds relationships with internal service providers based on client needs.
• Manages risk proactively in all business aspects.
