Job summary

Bank of America Merrill Wealth Management is seeking a Financial Advisor in an Advisor Development Program. You will work with high-net-worth clients, identify needs, develop relationships, and deliver investment recommendations aligned with client goals.

Qualifications

• FINRA SIE required.
• 4+ years of progressive professional and/or military experience.
• 2+ years experience in investments industry.
• Ability to obtain Series 7 and 66 licenses within allotted program time.
• Self-starter with strong time-management and goal-setting skills.
• Strong relationship-building and client-facing abilities.
• Regulatory due diligence and compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored and personalized advice to clients via reviews and presentations.
• Understand solutions best suited for client needs such as core Banking and Investment and Life Priority solutions.
• Shadow advisor teams to build network and promote portfolio growth.
• Leverage available tools to optimize client experience and ensure accuracy.
• Participate in ongoing training to grow a book of business and exceed targets.
• Build relationships with internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds.
• Manage risk across business activities and transactions.
