Job summary

Bank of America’s Merrill Advisor Development Program is seeking motivated individuals to become Financial Advisors focused on high-net-worth clients. You will identify needs, build relationships, and deliver comprehensive investment recommendations aligned with client goals while collaborating with Merrill Financial Advisor Teams.

Qualifications

• Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65 in lieu) licenses are required.
• Minimum of one year in investments and in financial services sales.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust quickly.
• Ability to work with partners and across teams.
• Willingness to source clients through referrals and networking.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries about Merrill offerings and position capabilities.
• Build a book of business and meet performance hurdles.
• Gather client profile data following KYC procedures to open accounts.
• Provide investment recommendations aligned with client objectives.
• Document client interactions and opportunities in Salesforce.
