Bank of America’s Merrill Advisor Development Program offers a path to become a Financial Advisor focused on high-net-worth clients. You’ll work with Merrill and Bank of America teams to learn advisory practices, build a client base, and deliver comprehensive investment guidance.

You will receive structured training, mentorship, and exposure to a broad range of wealth-management solutions while advancing toward a licensed advisory role.

Qualifications

• Series 7 & 66 licenses required (63/65 in lieu of 66).
• Minimum 1 year in financial services or sales with quota.
• Investments knowledge and product familiarity.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to source clients via prospecting and networking.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries about Merrill offerings.
• Position Merrill/Bank of America capabilities to clients.
• Collect client profile data and perform KYC for new accounts.
• Provide investment recommendations aligned with client goals.
• Document client interactions in Salesforce accurately.
