Job summary

Bank of America’s Merrill Advisor Development Program is seeking individuals to become Financial Advisors. You will work with high-net-worth clients, identify needs, review financial goals, and deliver comprehensive recommendations. You will collaborate with Merrill Advisor Teams to grow your experience and portfolio.

The program includes mentoring, world-class training, and coaching to help you build a successful advisory practice aligned with clients’ life goals and priorities.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Series 7 & 66 (63/65 in lieu of 66) and eligible for registration.
• Minimum 1 year in financial services or sales with demonstrated goal attainment.
• Experience in investments products and services and ability to build client trust and credibility.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a client-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries from leads regarding Merrill offerings.
• Promote Merrill and Bank of America capabilities to clients and prospects.
• Collect client profile data following KYC procedures to open accounts.
• Provide investment recommendations aligned with client objectives and risk tolerance.
