JPAR City & Beach | Expert Home Advisors is expanding and seeking real estate agents committed to making real estate a full-time career. We provide leads, systems, training and accountability, with a model that directs consumer traffic to the agent.

The 100% commission option targets experienced, self-sufficient agents who close multiple transactions per year. We welcome established agents, team leaders and brokers looking to launch or lead a team in new markets, leveraging the Expert Home

JPAR City & Beach | Expert Home Advisors is continuing to grow, and we’re looking for the right people to grow with us.

We know there isn’t one real estate model that works for everyone. That’s why we offer multiple paths depending on where you are in your business and where you want to take it.

This is for agents who are ready to make real estate their full-time career and want the leads, systems, training, accountability, and support to build consistent production.

One of the biggest differences in our model is how we generate business. We invest in our brand and go direct to the consumer, helping eliminate many of the third-party referral fees that can take a significant piece of an agent’s commission.

Our team agents have access to:

We’re willing to invest heavily in our agents, but we’re looking for people who are equally committed. Agents joining the team need to be focused on real estate full time.

Already producing and don’t need a traditional team structure?

Our 100% side is designed for experienced, self-sufficient agents who want to keep more of what they earn while still having access to brokerage resources, technology, support, and opportunities to grow.

For this model, we’re primarily looking for agents consistently closing 6–8+ transactions per year, with a target of reaching or maintaining one or more closings per month.

BUILD OR BRING A TEAM | EXPANSION MARKETS

We’re also looking to connect with established agents, team leaders, and brokers who want to build something bigger.

If you already have a team and are considering a new brand and platform, or you’re a successful agent or broker who wants to launch and lead a team in your market, we can provide the infrastructure behind it.

That includes the opportunity to leverage the Expert Home Advisors brand, systems, technology, training, and our proprietary direct-to-consumer lead generation system to help create opportunities for agents without building the entire lead-generation engine from scratch.

This is especially exciting for us because we’re not limiting expansion to Northeast Florida. We’re looking for the right leaders and markets where we can replicate what we’ve built and grow the Expert Home Advisors brand.
