The 100% commission option targets experienced, self-sufficient agents who close multiple transactions per year. We welcome established agents, team leaders and brokers looking to launch or lead a team in new markets, leveraging the Expert Home

Qualifications

• Full-time real estate focus as stated in the posting.
• Experience with closing transactions and client follow-up is implied by the 6–8+ transactions per year target.

Responsibilities

• Generate business leads through the company’s direct-to-consumer approach.
• Close real estate transactions and maintain production targets.
