Job summary

Citi is seeking a Wealth Target Client Master (WCM) and KYC Modernization Engineering Lead to drive strategic vision, architecture, and the greenfield WCM rollout, while modernizing the KYC platform in alignment with Fenergo CLM.

You will lead a global engineering team, apply state-of-the-art microservices, real-time data streaming, and AI-driven automation to improve onboarding speed, compliance, and efficiency across wealth management platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technology leadership experience in Tier-1 financial institutions.
• Greenfield implementation experience leading enterprise-scale MDM systems.
• Fenergo CLM modernization with API integration and data migration.
• Operations-focused engineering solving complex problems and automation.
• Deep AML/KYC regulatory domain knowledge.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary global teams and large tech budgets.
• Strong stakeholder management with MDs across business, operations, compliance, risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead global WCM and KYC platform architecture and first-generation rollout.
• Drive KYC modernization with Fenergo integration and microservices migration.
• Define the global technology roadmap and shift to microservices/event-driven architecture.
• Mentor engineers and enforce CI/CD, automated testing, and best practices.
• Ensure regulatory, risk, and compliance engineering across platforms with data privacy and security.
• Architect real-time data streaming and entity resolution across platforms.
