Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of technology leadership experience in Tier-1 financial institutions.
• Proven track record leading first-generation greenfield implementations of enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) systems.
• Direct experience with Fenergo CLM implementations, including API integration and data migration.
• Experience in building scalable, event-driven microservices architectures and modern data pipelines.
• Strong leadership, governance, and collaboration with MDs across Business and Compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and rollout of the WCM greenfield project as the single source of truth.
• Drive modernization of KYC platform aligned with Fenergo CLM, including migration of legacy workflows.
• Define a global technology roadmap and transition to high-throughput microservices.
• Mentor and scale a global engineering team with focus on CI/CD and automated testing.
• Apply modern engineering principles including microservices and AI-driven workflow orchestration to optimize operations.
• Architect real-time data streaming and deterministic entity resolution across platforms.
