Fort Mill School District is seeking a Work-Based Learning Facilitator to develop and coordinate district-wide WBL experiences for students across middle and high schools. The role connects classroom instruction to real-world career applications by building partnerships, ensuring SCDE WBL compliance, and managing reporting and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, guidance/counseling, career and technical education, or related field.
• Demonstrated knowledge of SCDE Work-Based Learning frameworks, state reporting requirements, and applicable laws.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Valid South Carolina driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Develop, coordinate, and facilitate district-wide WBL experiences for middle and high school students.
• Establish and sustain business and industry partnerships to align with curriculum standards.
• Manage data reporting, state accountability metrics, and compliance with SCDE WBL guidelines.
• Coordinate student placements in career exploration and work-based opportunities.
• Travel to different school locations, businesses and attend local/state meetings.
