Job summary

Educational Data Systems, Inc. is seeking a Work-Based Learning Coordinator (In-School Youth) in Texas. You will develop employer partnerships, coordinate internships and industry tours, and monitor worksites to align opportunities with student career interests.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
Experience in employer engagement, workforce development, or career services is highly desirable.
Strong relationship-building, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to coordinate multiple employers, participants, activities, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

Develop employer partnerships and work-based learning opportunities for in-school youth.
Coordinate internships, micro-internships, industry tours, and employer events.
Match participants with opportunities aligned to career interests with advisors.
Monitor worksites, participant progress, and employer feedback.
Maintain accurate records of employer, opportunity, and worksite data.
Travel regionally up to 50–75% and occasionally work nights or weekends.
