Job summary

Educational Data Systems, Inc. is seeking a Work-Based Learning (WBL) Coordinator (In-School Youth) to develop employer partnerships and coordinate internships and events across the Gulf Coast region. Build relationships with schools and employers and manage WBL opportunities aligned with career pathways.

Travel will be frequent (50–75%). Some nights and weekends may be required. This role emphasizes data entry, program tracking, and collaboration with Youth Career Advisors and program

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, workforce development, education, or related field.
• Experience in employer engagement, workforce development, or career services is desirable.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple employers, participants, activities and deadlines.
• Proficiency in data entry and tracking program outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with employers, schools, colleges, and community orgs.
• Recruit employers for WBL, internships, and career activities.
• Develop WBL opportunities aligned with career pathways.
• Coordinate employer speakers, industry tours, and job shadowing.
• Match participants with opportunities and share placement info with Advisors.
• Monitor worksites, participant progress, and employer feedback.
