Colonial Williamsburg Foundation seeks a dedicated Supervisor, Wayfinder Programs to lead recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training of Wayfinder volunteers across the Historic Area. You will ensure reliable guest assistance, route guidance, and resource referrals while expanding program capacity.

The role emphasizes onboarding efficiency, volunteer readiness, and consistent service standards, with on-site supervision and collaboration with HR and Communications partners.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in volunteer management, guest services, or related field.
• Experience supervising volunteers, coordinating teams, and delivering onboarding/training.
• Ability to organize high-volume onboarding and maintain accurate records.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Wayfinder recruitment, onboarding, training, deployment, and volunteer support.
• Develop and implement scalable processes for program growth while maintaining service standards.
• Coordinate scheduling and deployment to ensure broad guest coverage throughout the Historic Area.
• Coach volunteers, monitor performance, and provide timely feedback and guidance.
