• Design and deliver training to prepare volunteers for consistent performance.
• Maintain staffing through scheduling and deployment across the Historic Area.
• Oversee Liberty Lounge volunteers as a secondary assignment.
• Coordinate with Historic Area partners to ensure seamless guest service.
