EWC Growth LLC is seeking Licensed Estheticians & Cosmetologists to join our wax specialist development program and advance to Peer Trainer roles. You will perform waxing services, educate guests, and coach new hires to uphold EWC standards.

Top performers can reach up to $90,000 annually, with benefits and full-time hours at our Bedford Hills, NY location. This on-the-floor role emphasizes excellence, mentorship, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Active esthetics or cosmetology license as required by state regulations.
• Interest in waxing hair removal.
• Consistent history of strong performance and professionalism.
• Strong understanding of guest experience standards and product recommendations.
• Ability to demonstrate skills clearly and translate knowledge into practical coaching.

Responsibilities

• Perform waxing services in accordance with EWC protocols, safety standards, and service expectations.
• Provide on-the-floor coaching and act as a role model for peers.
• Lead virtual peer-based educational workshops and partner with center leadership on coaching opportunities.
• Educate guests on waxing routines, aftercare, and product knowledge, and promote rebooking.
