Qualifications

• Active esthetics or cosmetology license is required by state regulations.
• Interest in waxing hair removal.
• Consistent history of strong performance and professionalism.
• Strong understanding of guest experience standards and product recommendations.
• Ability to demonstrate skills clearly and translate knowledge into practical coaching.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform waxing services in accordance with EWC protocols, safety standards, and service expectations.
• Create a welcoming, comfortable, and professional experience for every guest.
• Educate guests on waxing routines, aftercare, and recommended products.
• Build guest loyalty through personalized service, consistency, and relationship-building.
• Maintain a clean, organized, sanitized, and guest-ready wax suite.
• Meet or exceed metrics related to services per ticket and retail product sales.
• Model EWC service standards and brand expectations on the floor.
• Support onboarding and development of new Wax Specialists through hands-on coaching.
• Lead virtual peer-based educational workshops and identify coaching opportunities.
• Observe Wax Specialists and provide feedback based on EWC expectations.
