This role focuses on delivering high‑quality waxing services while mentoring new hires and modeling service excellence.

Top performers earn up to $90,000 annually, combining hourly pay, gratuities, and incentive bonuses, with full‑time opportunities across multiple central Florida centers.

Qualifications

• Active esthetics or cosmetology license as required by state regulations.
• Strong guest service and product recommendation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform waxing services per EWC protocols and safety standards.
• Create welcoming, professional guest experiences.
• Conduct consultations and educate guests on waxing routines and products.
• Build guest loyalty through personalized service and consistency.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized wax suite and equipment.
• Meet metrics for services per ticket and retail sales.
• Model EWC standards and coach new Wax Specialists on the floor.
• Support onboarding and ongoing development through coaching.
• Lead virtual peer-based trainings on guest experience and product knowledge.
