Qualifications

• Must be able to learn job specifications for new customers.

Responsibilities

• Assemble wax pattern clusters per procedures (PEI/SOP).
• Inspect components before and after assembly for defects; check serial numbers.
• Determine acceptability to specifications and route patterns accordingly.
• Identify work performed on clusters in Lot Control and affix IDs to molds.
• Meet productivity and quality requirements.
• Follow safety rules and wear PPE at all times.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe workspace.
• Comply with applicable SOPs and perform other duties as assigned by supervision.
