Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. (PCC) in Mentor, Ohio, is seeking a dependable Wax Assembler for the 3rd shift to assemble wax patterns and components used in investment casting, while upholding quality, safety, and productivity.

You will use hand tools, inspect assemblies, and record production data in a team-based manufacturing setting. A high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of related manufacturing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing, production, assembly, machine operation, or related industrial experience preferred.
• Experience in investment casting, aerospace manufacturing, foundry operations, wax assembly, production assembly, or quality inspection is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble wax patterns and components according to established procedures and specifications.
• Inspect wax assemblies for defects and quality concerns.
• Utilize hand tools and equipment to complete assembly operations.
• Record production and quality data as required.
• Maintain accurate daily time and production records.
• Handle materials safely and follow all company safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to meet production goals.
• Follow all quality standards and work instructions.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
