Qualifications

• Bi-lingual a PLUS (Spanish).
• Meet or exceed defined Visual Acuity.
• Meet color perception standards as required.
• Additional training to comply with SOPs/certifications.
• Ability to learn job specifications for new customers.

Responsibilities

• Assembles wax pattern clusters per procedures (PEI/SOP).
• Inspects components before/after assembly for defects and correct serial numbers.
• Determines acceptability to specifications.
• Returns patterns to appropriate stations or operators.
• Identifies work on clusters in Lot Control and affixes IDs to molds.
• Meets productivity and quality requirements.
• Follows safety rules and wears required PPE at all times.
• Maintains clean, orderly, and safe work area and equipment.
• Complies with applicable SOPs.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by supervision.
