EY wavespace AV/Technology Support Specialist is the dedicated on-site support for meetings and events in the Washington area, delivering quality client service and technical expertise across EY's technology landscape. You will collaborate with regional and global teams to maintain relationships and ensure smooth operation of AV and IT systems.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field and typically 3–5 years of AV/end-user support experience, plus CTS or cloud

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of AV/end-user technology support experience.
• Experience with live events and on-site production.
• Excellent communication and customer service attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site AV/IT support for wavespace events and meetings.
• Install, configure and test hardware and software for end users.
• Maintain relationships with EY Technology teams and stakeholders.
