Job summary

Arvato is seeking a Wave Planner to optimize inventory and order fulfillment in the distribution center. The role involves coordinating with warehouse teams, monitoring wave performance, and ensuring accurate allocation of inventory for outbound orders.

You will prepare reports, provide insights on fulfillment metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve warehouse workflows and overall efficiency.

Qualifications

• B.A. degree or equivalent work experience; minimum 4 years as scheduler.
• SAP knowledge required.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented, professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure efficient picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
• Monitor wave performance and adjust to meet changing demands.
• Resolve issues interfering with on-time order fulfillment.
• Communicate/escalate issues as needed.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper allocation for outbound orders.
• Prepare reports and provide insights on wave performance and inventory management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve warehouse operations.
