Job summary

Arhaus, LLC. is seeking a Wave Planning Coordinator to efficiently execute WMS processes aligned with the delivery schedule and store orders. You will pre-wave routes to maximize stop and route capacity, helping reduce transportation costs while ensuring timely picking across DCs.

The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to adapt to change, and collaboration with DC partners to meet service and cost objectives.

Qualifications

• Some customer service experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s license preferred.
• Working knowledge of computer programs.
• Understanding of general warehousing and distribution processes.
• Dedicated to business with flexibility in work hours if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Wave routes according to the warehouse schedule to ensure timely picking in DCs using Manhattan.
• Pre-wave routes with DC management to ensure readiness for the DC pick process.
• Create and follow SOPs for wave research related to failures, overages, and locations.
• Support transportation with TMS (Transportation Management System).
• Demonstrate organization and prioritization skills; collaborate with others to meet goals.
