Job summary

Arvato is a leading global 3PL provider, delivering logistics excellence across multiple industries. The Wave Planner ensures efficient inventory management and order fulfillment in the distribution center, coordinating with warehouse teams to optimize picking, packing, and shipping.

You will monitor wave performance, address issues, and collaborate with various departments to meet customer demands. The role requires strong analytical skills, experience in fast-paced warehouses, and proficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; minimum 4 years as scheduler.
• Able to work overtime, holidays, weekends, different shifts, and different areas of the warehouse.
• Knowledge of SAP pertaining to warehouse activities.
• Fast-paced packaging/warehouse environment experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; customer-focused communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with warehouse teams for efficient picking, packing, and shipping.
• Monitor wave performance and adjust to meet demand.
• Resolve issues affecting on-time order completion.
• Escalate issues as needed and communicate with client services.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure outbound inventory allocation.
• Prepare reports on wave performance, fulfillment rates, and inventory.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve warehouse workflows.
