Job summary

L’OCCITANE Group is seeking a WMS Wave Planning Manager to lead a small team that groups orders into waves for efficient picking and fulfillment. The role emphasizes workload planning, prioritization for B2B/B2C, and collaboration with IT to optimize the WMS configuration.

You will supervise two wave planners and one analyst, ensuring accurate forecasting, staffing, and performance measurement while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction through improved throughput and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experience: 5+ years’ experience working in Order Planning Fulfillment using a WMS, preferably Manhattan SCALE.

Responsibilities

• Oversee workload planning strategy and streamline processes using the current planning application.
• Lead two wave planners and one analyst, aligning daily, weekly and monthly plans with shipping windows and carrier pickup times.
• Coordinate with Production, Shipping and Receiving Managers to develop cross-training programs and ensure effective communication of priorities.
• Monitor KPI trends, document SOPs, and drive improvements in wave creation, order release, and capacity planning.
