Job summary

Arvato Direct Services Potsdam GmbH is seeking a Wave Planner to optimize inventory and order fulfillment within the distribution center, coordinating picking, packing, and shipping to meet customer deadlines and maintain service levels.

You will monitor wave performance, allocate inventory, and generate reports on fulfillment rates, collaborating with warehouse teams and client services to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to perform in a fast-paced packaging environment.
• Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in SAP related to warehouse activities and order fulfillment.
• Excellent communication with internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure efficient picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
• Monitor wave performance and adjust plans to meet demand.
• Resolve issues impacting on-time order completion and escalate when needed.
• Communicate with warehouse staff, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare reports and insights on wave performance, fulfillment rates, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve warehouse processes.
