Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related area.
• Five (5) years of Construction or Project Management related experience.
• Knowledge of Federal and State regulations.

Responsibilities

• Review engineer drawings, studies, and reports to support approvals.
• Coordinate document management and route plans through Accela.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State, City and AWWA codes.
• Explain permit procedures to customers and direct them to services.
• Coordinate with other divisions and external agencies.
• Prepare accurate project cost estimates.
• Perform site visits and research project details.
• Conduct quality control reviews of colleagues’ work.
