Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in civil/environmental/related field.
• 8-10 years of related experience including supervisory experience.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced leadership or specialized roles.

Responsibilities

• Reviews, monitors and evaluates operational and maintenance activities at OWTR facilities and coordinates closely with OWTR managers for technical support.
• Develops scope of work for OWTR facilities to address operational and maintenance issues.
• Leads project teams; reviews consultant designs for facility rehabilitation and upgrades.
• Directs execution of activities to synchronize project tasks, manage budgets and ensure deliverables quality.
• Establishes departmental performance metrics and validates data accuracy.
