Job summary

HDR is seeking a Business Class Director within the Integrated Watershed Management group. The role oversees service lines including watershed management, water supply, groundwater, and quality, coordinating across market sectors and regions.

You will mentor technical leaders, support proposal and project development, and drive strategic hires while ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or closely related field required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a related field.
• Must maintain professional registration for leadership roles in technical design.

Responsibilities

• Provide company-wide leadership of technical capabilities within the business class.
• Build relationships with related business classes, market sectors and operations.
• Lead technical risk management and maintain quality standards and delivery expectations.
• Oversee development and application of technical tools, standards, and techniques.
• Mentor technical leaders and support client development and project pursuits.
• Ensure HDR representation in industry organizations and functions.
