Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a professional services or business class leadership role.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in a related field.
• Must maintain a professional registration (Architecture/Engineering) for leadership roles overseeing technical design.

Responsibilities

• Provide company-wide leadership of technical capabilities within the business class.
• Coordinate with related business classes, market sectors, and operations.
• Lead risk management through processes and resource reviews; ensure quality standards.
• Oversee development of technical tools, standards, and techniques to boost service quality.
• Mentor technical leaders and support client development and project pursuits.
