Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in professional, architecture, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in related field.
• Professional registration (PE/Architecture) for technical design leadership.
• Experience leading diverse teams and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide company-wide leadership of technical capabilities within the business class.
• Coordinate with related business classes, market sectors, and operations.
• Lead and participate in technical risk management through reviews and advisory services.
• Drive quality assurance and control processes and monitor delivery expectations.
• Oversee development and application of tools, standards, and techniques.
• Work with market sector directors to develop strategic plans for the business class.
• Facilitate teamwork and communication across offices and groups.
• Mentor technical leaders and oversee planning, modeling, and design services.
