Job summary

HDR is seeking a Business Class Director (Integrated Watershed Management) to lead HDR’s service lines for watershed management, water supply, groundwater and water quality. The role will govern technical capabilities, coordinate across market sectors and drive risk management, with a focus on client needs and project quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a professional, architecture, engineering or related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in related field.
• Professional/Architectural registration for leadership roles.
• Experience developing and managing diverse teams.
• Ability to collaborate with other HDR business class directors, operations managers, technical directors and marketing managers.

Responsibilities

• Provide company-wide leadership of technical capabilities within the business class.
• Coordinate with related business classes, market sectors, business groups and operations.
• Lead technical risk management and ensure quality standards and delivery.
