Job summary

City of Atlanta is seeking an experienced Water Field Service Supervisor to oversee meters, repairs, and field crews. You will manage daily operations, ensure safety, and uphold policy guidelines. This role requires hands-on leadership in a municipal water utility.

You will train staff, assign tasks, review performance, and coordinate with customers and internal teams. A valid Georgia driver's license and 4 years wastewater maintenance experience are required, with a focus on SOPs and regulatory

Qualifications

Bachelor's not required; GED or diploma accepted with field experience.
Supervisory experience in field utility work preferred.
Ability to train and manage diverse crew members.
Strong safety and regulatory compliance mindset.

Responsibilities

Supervise Water Field Service representatives in meter repairs, replacements, and related tasks.
Train, coach, and evaluate staff; assign daily duties and monitor performance.
Coordinate with customers and internal teams; ensure safe, compliant work.
Maintain accurate job records and respond to questions from customers.
