Job summary

FIVE ARROWS INC in Lake Magdalene, FL is seeking a Field Technician to perform hands-on construction work on commercial waterproofing, façade restoration, concrete repair, and building-envelope projects under a Foreman, Superintendent, or Project Manager.

You will follow directions, prepare work areas, install membranes and coatings, operate hand and power tools, assist with scaffolding and lifts, and help maintain site safety and organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in construction, waterproofing, or related field preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work safely on site.

Responsibilities

• Perform waterproofing, concrete repair, façade restoration, and related construction work.
• Follow directions from Foreman, Superintendent, or Project Manager.
• Prepare work areas, protect surfaces, and stage materials on site.
• Assist with scaffolding, aerial lifts, and other access equipment as trained.
• Maintain tools and equipment, keep the jobsite clean and safe.
• Report hazards, shortages, or equipment issues to supervision.
