Valcourt Group is seeking a Field Technician to perform hands-on construction work including waterproofing, façade restoration, concrete repair, and building-envelope tasks on commercial projects. The role reports to a Foreman, Superintendent, or Project Manager and emphasizes safety, efficiency, and adherence to project specs and company standards.

The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, comfortable in active construction environments, and capable of both vertical and horizontal

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous commercial construction exposure is a plus.
• Willingness to learn about waterproofing and building-envelope systems.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and small construction equipment.
• Strong safety awareness and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Perform waterproofing, concrete repair, façade restoration and related construction work.
• Follow daily instructions from Foreman, Superintendent, or Project Manager.
• Assist with jobsite setup, mobilization, protection, material staging, cleanup and demobilization.
• Prepare surfaces for waterproofing, coatings, sealants, and concrete repair.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Assist with scaffolding, aerial lifts, rigging and access equipment as trained.
• Maintain tools, equipment, materials and company property in good condition.
