Waterproofing Inc. in Inver Grove Heights, MN is seeking a hardworking Waterproofing & Drain Tile Laborer to join our growing team. You will install waterproofing membranes on foundations, insulation, and drain tile systems while assisting with site preparation and maintaining safety.

Qualifications

• Construction or labor experience preferred, but training may be provided.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• A valid driver's license is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Install waterproofing membranes on foundations.
• Install foundation insulation per project specs.
• Install drain tile systems for drainage and protection.
• Assist with excavation and site prep.
• Maintain tools and equipment.
• Perform shop maintenance and housekeeping.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with crew to complete projects safely and efficiently.
