Key Responsibilities:

• Install waterproofing membranes on foundation walls and structures.
• Install foundation insulation according to project specifications.
• Install drain tile systems to ensure proper water drainage and foundation protection.
• Assist with excavation and site preparation as needed.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and materials.
• Perform general shop maintenance and housekeeping duties.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with crew members to complete projects efficiently and safely.

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, carrying, bending, and kneeling.

Physical Demands:

This role requires frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and climbing to access work areas, often in confined spaces or at elevated heights. Candidates must be able to lift and carry materials and equipment up to 50 pounds or more. Proper use of PPE is essential due to potential exposure to chemicals, dust, and construction noise.
