Waterproofing Inc. is seeking a hardworking and reliable Laborer to join our growing team in Minnesota. The role focuses on installing waterproofing membranes on foundation walls, insulation, and drain tile systems, with general site prep and tool maintenance responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Outdoor work in various weather conditions.
• Ability to perform physically demanding labor (lifting, bending, kneeling).
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Install waterproofing membranes on foundation walls and structures.
• Install foundation insulation according to project specifications.
• Install drain tile systems to ensure proper water drainage and foundation protection.
• Assist with excavation and site preparation as needed.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and materials.
• General shop maintenance and housekeeping duties.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with crew members to complete projects efficiently and safely.
