You will work on interior/exterior drainage, sump pumps, and membrane applications, emphasizing safety, reliability, and clear communication with customers. A dependable, team-oriented professional will thrive, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in waterproofing, foundation repair, or a related construction trade.
• Knowledge of interior/exterior drainage systems, sump pumps, and waterproofing membranes.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work including lifting, digging, and working in confined spaces.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player with a positive attitude.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and outdoor environments.

Responsibilities

• Install interior and exterior waterproofing systems, drainage systems, and sump pump solutions.
• Perform crack repair, wall reinforcement, and foundation sealing on residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct on-site assessments to identify moisture intrusion, water damage, and structural concerns.
• Apply waterproofing membranes, coatings, and sealants according to project specifications.
• Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently on job sites.
• Communicate professionally with customers throughout the project process.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment on all job sites.
