TPJ SERVICES LLC in Burnsville, MN is seeking a hardworking Temporary Foundation Waterproofing Laborer to join our crew. You will assist with foundation waterproofing installations and site prep under supervision, gaining hands-on experience in the foundation and waterproofing industry.

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist with foundation waterproofing installations, repairs, and related tasks on residential and/or commercial job sites
• Excavate and prepare areas around foundations for waterproofing applications
• Apply waterproofing membranes, sealants, and drainage systems under supervisor direction
• Operate hand tools and basic power tools safely and efficiently
• Transport, load, and unload materials and equipment as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work site in compliance with safety standards
• Follow instructions from crew leads and project supervisors to meet project timelines
