Great Wolf Lodge in Mashantucket, CT is hiring for a guest-facing role with flexible scheduling and pay of $17.00 per hour. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, safety, and guest services while working across full-time, part-time, and flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen.
• Strong customer service and oral communication skills.
• Previous experience with sanitation, laundry operations, and guest services.
• Experience with safe handling and utilization of chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe and professional workplace by following policies and training materials.
• Protect establishment cleanliness and guest safety in waterpark and public areas.
• Interact with waterpark guests by greeting, answering questions and responding to requests.
• Perform daily maintenance and cleaning of waterpark decks, locker rooms, and public spaces.
• Keep windows, doors, and surfaces clean and free of fingerprints.
• Keep furniture and public areas clean and organized; manage waste and spills.
• Clean and sanitize waterpark restrooms.
