Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge is seeking a Park Services Attendant to maintain pool area cleanliness and guest safety. You will dispose of garbage, remove dirty towels, stock towels, and help ensure a welcoming waterpark environment.

The role requires flexible scheduling and a focus on cleanliness across both front and back-of-house areas. Responsibilities include daily maintenance, guest interactions, and adherence to safety and chemical handling guidelines.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed.
• Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen.
• Strong customer service and oral communication skills.
• Experience with sanitation, laundry operations, and guest services.
• Experience with safe handling and utilization of chemicals according to instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the pool area by collecting and disposing of garbage, removing dirty towels, and stocking clean towels.
• Ensure the waterpark and public spaces are clean, organized, and safe for guests including decks and locker rooms.
• Greet and assist waterpark guests, answer questions, and respond to requests.
• Perform daily routine duties to maintain a neat appearance and sanitation standards across front and back-of-house areas.
• Clean and sanitize Waterpark restrooms and ensure windows/doors are clean and free of smudges.
