Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge is seeking a Room Attendant (Housekeeper). You will clean guest rooms and areas, make beds, dust, vacuum, and keep bathrooms stocked and presentable to ensure guests can unwind and enjoy their stay.

Pay is $16.50 per hour with full-time, part-time, and flexible scheduling available. You’ll access Great Wolf University on-the-job training, cross-training, and development programs to grow your career.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Criminal background check and drug screen required.
• Prior housekeeping experience desirable.
• Excellent customer service and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Cleans guest rooms and areas: beds, dusting, vacuuming, bathrooms, and stock replacement.
• Familiar with chemicals and MSDS; uses them per directions.
• Maintains stocked, organized housekeeping cart and supplies.
• Reports maintenance issues for resolution.
• Documents and secures lost and found items.
• Communicates with guests professionally and courteously.
• Restocks cart at end of shift and assists with guest requests.
• Conserves energy by managing room conditions when unoccupied.
• Reports hazardous conditions in work area or equipment.
