Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge in Grapevine, TX is seeking a Park Services Attendant to maintain cleanliness of the waterpark, assist guests, and uphold safety standards. You will collect trash, replace towels, and help keep decks and restrooms neat and orderly.

This role offers flexible scheduling and a fast-paced environment. Previous sanitation or guest services experience is helpful, and the position starts at a competitive hourly wage with benefits.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and/or Holidays as needed.
• Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe and professional workplace by following policies in the handbook and training materials.
• Protect establishment and guests by maintaining cleanliness of the Waterpark Front and Back of House and adhering to safety standards.
• Greet guests, answer questions, and respond to requests.
• Perform daily routine chores and maintenance to keep decks, locker rooms, and public spaces clean and orderly.
• Ensure windows and doorways are clean and free of fingerprints and smudges.
• Keep furniture and hard surfaces clean and organized; empty waste receptacles in public spaces.
• Clean and sanitize Waterpark restrooms.
