Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Rooms Division/Front Desk.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general software systems; Excel/Outlook/Wor d.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily front office operations to ensure lodge safety and service standards.
• Ensures check‑in standards and operational efficiencies.
• Provides coaching and recognition to Pack Members regularly.
• Responds to guest questions and escalates feedback to leadership.
• Manages scheduling, labor forecasting, and staff communication.
• Participates in recruitment and talent development for guest services.
