Qualifications

• 2 years of Field Technical Service or related field.
• 2+ years with Cutting Solutions product experience.
• Solid understanding of electrical, mechanical, and CNC/PLC system fundamentals.
• Fluency in English required.
• Ability to hold a valid Driver’s License in all 50 states.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites for equipment installation and setup.
• Troubleshoot on-site mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues.
• Maintain detailed digital service records and provide feedback.
• Partner with the sales team as a technical expert during demonstrations.
