Flex Machine Tools is seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot CNC and Water Jet equipment at customer sites. You will provide top-tier technical support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Heavy travel (80–90%) is required to service clients worldwide. The role demands a strong background in mechanical and electrical systems, PLC programming, and experience with Delta Tau, Fanuc, and Siemens controls.

Qualifications

• Certification program completed at a junior college or equivalent.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills required.
• Experience with electrical, hydraulic systems; pneumatic a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install and set up CNC machines and Waterjet systems.
• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and CNC control issues at customer sites.
• Program and troubleshoot Delta Tau, Fanuc, and Siemens controls.
