Job summary

Hypertherm Associates in Lebanon, NH is seeking a Technical Service Engineer to support customers and channel partners with advanced industrial cutting solutions. This on-site role requires up to 40% travel and will involve hands-on troubleshooting, training delivery, and knowledge documentation.

You will build strong customer relationships, mentor colleagues, and contribute to an evolving service team as you resolve complex issues with plasma, waterjet, laser, or oxyfuel technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 5+ years in industrial cutting equipment service.
• Self-drive and eagerness to learn new technologies.
• Strong customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Hypertherm products for customers through in‑house or on‑site troubleshooting, consultation, or repair to enable system integration and identification of root cause issues.

Salary

Base pay range: $59,697.00 – $99,494.00 per year (variable based on experience, skills, education, and other factors).
